If you want to be hands on but a looking for on the ground support and local expertise, we have individual service level agreement options. Pricing varies by service which include listings, showings, leasing, maintenance/repairs and turnovers.

Full Service Management
If all you care about is a rent check each month, this full service plan allows you to turn over all of the property management to us for a seamless end to end experience for true passive investing. Pricing is based on gross rents and T&M for repairs.
